- You will receive education and support, with access to group calls and 1:1 optional coaching calls, all designed to support you towards a lifestyle that feels like freedom and sustainability!
In this program, we specifically address the body’s energy management system that became disrupted in the first place. This is not a program based on calories in and calories out, but instead on how to steward all that God has provided for us so that we may “choose life!”
