Through spiritual formation, life formation, health formation, and retreats, we create sacred spaces where you can encounter the love of the Father, tend the inner fire of the Holy Spirit, care for your body, God’s temple, and rest in your identity as the beloved of Christ. Some of these take place one-on-one, while others are in community. All are in the presence of the community of our Triume God.

Our mission is to help you move from burnout to restoration, from striving to trust, from confusion to clarity, and from compromised health to vitality, so you may live with purpose, peace, and freedom.

Freely Receive, Freely Give

Our vision is to see spiritual formation, soul care, holistic wellness, retreats, workshops, and resources become vastly more visible and accessible among the body of Christ and its leaders. Yet cost can be prohibitive to those who need them most. For this reason, we do not charge professional fees when saying “yes” to teaching workshops, leading retreats, speaking at events, or offering one-on-one spiritual direction and coaching.  Instead, every recipient of our services is a beneficiary of someone else’s generosity and is presented with the opportunity to bless future others by “paying it forward.” Every gift, regardless of its size, has the full dignity of being a blessing to someone else.  Would you prayerfully consider partnering with us with a monthly gift to sustain this ministry for the sake of all those we serve? Even a one-time gift makes a difference.
