Hi I’m Julie! Welcome to this space for women who want more and desire to BE more.

Before I launched Incarnational Wellness in 2023, I was a spiritual formation director for a nationwide campus ministry, navigating my own personal challenges of chronic health issues that kept me homebound far too often rather than encouraging the people I felt called to lead.

As I implemented changes that transformed my health and life, I realized I longed for a personal mentor to support me through my process. I needed a wise woman who had walked this road as a guide.

So I became what I wished I had! I enrolled in a health coach training program to educate myself on how to repair holistically in spirit, mind, and body and provide for other women what would have been so helpful to me.

In 2024 I had 10 women go through my one-on-one,  six-month coaching program I developed using my HEAL Blueprint. Then suddenly I had none. I had stopped telling people about the transformational work I offered because I questioned if it was truly needed. 

I almost quit.

Then a close friend of mine encouraged a woman who was severely struggling to reach out to me. That woman’s transformation launched me back into wellness mentorship again. 

And I remembered how much I LOVE witnessing the transformation of each woman in her own process! 

I’m telling you this because I see women like you discouraged like I was. Maybe your health has spiraled, or your mindset has plummeted, or you keep thinking, “There must be more to life than this!”

There is!! You were made for so much more!!!

I’m here to encourage and support you every step of the way.

Married for 30 years to my best friend Michael, a pastor, I have the joy of being mom to three children—two adults and one teen. My husband and I run a nonprofit ministry to refugee women and their children in the home which we live on a small farm with a huge garden and lots of animals.
