About Us
Julie Meissner

Hi, I’m Julie, a beloved child of God and wellness enthusiast based in Cypress, TX.
My mission is to provide a holy space of listening and support where you can encounter the love, healing, and transformative power of God.
For over 20 years, I have served God in various roles: teacher, speaker, retreat leader, author, mentor, spiritual director, nonprofit founder, spiritual formation leader, campus ministry planter, and health coach. I have walked my own journey of healing from 18 years of chronic illness and feel passionate about the integration of spiritual, mental, and physical health.
Married for 30 years to my best friend Michael, a pastor, I have the joy of being mom to three children—two adults and one teen. My husband and I run a nonprofit ministry to refugee women and their children in the home which we live on a small farm with a huge garden and lots of animals.

Shanna French

Hi, I’m Shanna. As I abide in Christ here in Cypress, TX, Jesus invites me to create spaces for others that extend, invite, and encourage life in His freedom and love.
- A space to grow in a meaningful relationship with Christ
- A space to be present without judgment
- An unhurried and uncluttered gracious space
- A space to become more aware of the presence and truths of God
- A space to explore and be with the God who created us to be
- A space that cultivates whole wellness – soul, mind, body, and community.
For the past 20 years, God has taught me step-by-step what it means to abide in Him and has healed me physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, layer by layer as we walk together. I’m married to my best friend Jason and have been graced to homeschool our three sons. I’ve also been able to walk with others in their spiritual and healing journeys through children’s, youth, and family ministries, discipleship, re-gen 12-step recovery ministry, spiritual direction, Biblical counseling, teaching, coaching, and helping plant a new church in the Cypress area.
God has created a love and passion in me for abiding in Jesus, studying His word, and sharing His great love and freedom with others. I also enjoy reading, writing, and spending time in nature and in community. I love art and dance, as they speak volumes to my soul. “Jesus is my greatest love and my reason for all I do.”

Angela Trevino

Hi! I’m Angie, a lover of Jesus, nature, and the beach, from Magnolia, TX. I am here to partner with you in learning practical, real-life solutions that will help you attain your goal of living a whole and healthy lifestyle.
When my oldest daughter was one year old, I considered leaving the nursing profession. I had worked in multiple conventional healthcare settings and was feeling so disheartened. I watched my patients being given more and more medications with no relief of their symptoms. I had also been struggling with GI issues, asthma, chronic respiratory infections, migraines, allergies, and terrible periods for as long as I could remember. As a new mom, I was sick, tired, overwhelmed, and without hope of ever feeling good or having energy again.
I took a leap of faith and joined the staff at a large alternative medicine clinic. This was the beginning of hope and a lifelong education in healing my body with the tools that God has given us.
As a busy nurse and mom of four, I have been practicing a holistic diet and living with food sensitivities for nearly 20 years. I know how hard it is to juggle family, work, and responsibilities while trying to eat healthy, fresh food every day. For most of my nursing career, I have supported and taught others in this same endeavor.
I spend every spare moment I have at the beach with my family and hope to have a home there someday. I enjoy cooking for my large crew, learning to make homemade natural medicines and remedies, reading books, watching movies with my hubby, learning to garden, and spending time outside in God’s beautiful creation.
